PacketPickupEmailCavman’s Crew members can pick up their packets at Bryant Hall on the south side of Scott Stadium at the following times:
Tuesday, August 8: 12-1 p.m. and 5-6 p.m.
Friday, August 11: 12-1 p.m.
Saturday, August 12: 5 – 6:30 p.m. (during the Meet the Teams event)
Pickup on Saturday will be located at the West Gate

*Please note that packets will not be available for pick up outside of these windows!*  Additional times will be available later in the month.  Please visit the Cavman’s Crew Events page here for more information.

Please allow 72 hours from when you complete your registration and receive your confirmation email to pick up your Cavman’s Crew packet.

Registration for the Cavman’s Crew All-Star membership is now open!

There is a $15 membership fee and there are multiple benefits to being an All-Star member, including having your package mailed to you!  The complete list of benefits is below:

  • — Set of seven (7) complimentary admission vouchers to select regular season Virginia baseball, women’s basketball, men’s lacrosse, women’s lacrosse, men’s soccer, women’s soccer, and volleyball games

Cavman’s Crew Registration Closed for 2016-17

Thank you to all of our Cavman’s Crew members who joined the Club this year!  Registration for this season is now closed and will re-open at the end of the summer for the 2017-18 school year.

Youth Cheer Clinic is February 5!

12657396_1076798582340460_6132872746718379564_oWant to be a part of the University of Virginia Spirit Squad for a game?  Sign up for the UVA Cheer Clinic, being held on Sunday, Feb. 5 starting at 9 a.m. in the Onesty Hall cage.  Your little cheerleader will learn a routine, have lunch with Cavman, and perform on court during the Virginia Women’s Basketball game against Duke, starting at 1 p.m.  Click here for the registration form.

It’s Princess and Superhero Day at JPJ!

cape-giveawaySpend this Sunday with the Cavaliers and show off your favorite princess dress or super hero costume!  Virginia Women’s Basketball hosts Boston College on January 15, starting at 2 p.m.  Prizes will be randomly given out to fans in costume during the game.  The pre game Kid Zone will be open starting at 1 p.m. on the main concourse, including a face painter, balloon artist, photo booth, and poster creation station.

Update: Volleyball Clinics


The Volleyball clinic scheduled for Saturday, November 26 has been cancelled.  Come out and see the Hoos in their final home matches against Virginia Tech on Friday, November 24 and Pitt Saturday, November 25, both at 7 p.m.  Use one of your Cavman’s Crew voucher for free admission or click here to purchase tickets.

Women’s Basketball Hosts Youth Reporters on Sunday, November 13 vs. Coppin State

Fifteen All Star Cavman’s Crew members participated as youth reporters at the Virginia women’s basketball game on Sunday, November 13 vs. Coppin State. The youth reporters were seated in the press seats in Section 107 and received a notepad to take notes throughout the game.

The youth reporters participated in a pre-game tunnel and stood with the team during the National Anthem. They were recognized on the court during a timeout and received access to a post-game youth press conference in the women’s basketball practice gym.

Select women’s basketball student-athletes answered questions and talked with the youth reporters about the win against Coppin State. Thank you to our All Star Cavman’s Crew members for participating as youth reporters at the game!

For the remainder of the year, packets will be available for pickup at the Athletics Ticket Office in Bryant Hall Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Please allow 72 hours from the time that you complete your registration and receive a confirmation email to pick up your packet.

  • 1-hour parking is available in the spaces to the right of the main entrance.
